One team from first visit to final seal. Here’s what to expect.

Day 1
Consultation & quote
Send us a sketch, photos or rough measurements, or book a visit. We talk through how you use the space, show you samples and give you a written quote with no surprises.

Within a week
Choose your slab
Visit our slab yard and see full slabs in natural light. Once you pick one, we tag it with your name so it’s held for you.

Once cabinets are in
Digital templating
We laser-measure your cabinets on site. Back at the shop, we lay the template over a photo of your slab so you can approve where every seam and vein will land.

5–7 working days
Fabrication
Your stone is cut, edged and polished in our own shop. Sink and tap cut-outs are done here too, so install day is quick and clean.

Usually one day
Installation & sealing
Our crew installs, levels and seams the stone, seals natural stone, cleans up and shows you how to care for it.

Questions we get asked
How long does the whole thing take?
Most kitchens take 2–3 weeks from choosing a slab to installation. Smaller jobs like vanities can be quicker.
Do I need to be home on install day?
Someone should be there at the start and end so we can check the layout with you and walk you through care.
Can I use my kitchen the same day?
Yes, once we leave. If we’ve used adhesive for seams, give it 24 hours before heavy use.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Our workmanship is covered by our own warranty. Ask us for the details.
